TMA History The TMAT team has radiation oncology experience in the areas of physics, dosimetry, administration and IT TMAT/ROS was formed in 1999 Physics services and quality tools have been provided to over 95 sites nationwide in the last 6 years Previously a consultant for IMPAC Medical Systems and Argus QA Software Currently a leading consultant for Philips Radiation Oncology Systems Pinnacle3 TPS and a service provider for US Oncology, the nation’s largest cancer care network

What is the ROPE Database? An online application service provider (ASP) solution accessed via any workstation, laptop or PDA with internet access A paperless way to track, measure and report quality indicators and performance improvement initiatives A tool that provides essential documentation for the accreditation process and for state and federal regulations compliance A tool utilized for benchmarking clinical and technical processes A QA comparison analysis tool for network sites
