Wild in Pennsylvania Mice By Abbey Cleaver

Introduction Would you like to live in a hole? Well a mouse can. A mouse is very extraordinary.

What is a mouse? A mouse is a mammal. Mice are rodents.

What do mice look like? They have whiskers. They are tiny. They have round ears.

Where do mice live? They live in barns, houses, and other buildings. They burrow in the ground.

What are behaviors of mice? Mice chew a lot Mice have good hearing. Mice have a good sense of smell.

What do mice eat and how do they hunt? Mice eat plants. They eat seeds, nuts, and fruit. Some eat insects.

What predators do mice have and how do they protect themselves? Hawks and owls are predators of mice. Snakes and cats eat mice. Mice can run and hide.

What are some interesting facts about mice? Mice can live anywhere. Their teeth never stop growing. Mice feel their way around in the dark.

Conclusion Mice are really, really awesome. I hope you like mice too.
