The Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) TATRC is a separate laboratory within the Headquarters of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC), located at Fort Detrick, Maryland.   TATRC’s mission is to exploit technical innovations for the benefit of military medicine by developing, demonstrating and integrating the technology across a variety of portfolios.
