POWISLOKI

POWISLOKI is a Children’s Folk Dance Group that works in Zespó ł Szkó ł Nr 2 in Opole Lubelskie. It was established in Both, children learning in primary school and lower secondary school are members of the group. Currently, there are two groups of Powi ś loki. The band has been passing on cultural heritage through music, songs and dance at home as well as abroad for about 30 years. It took part in many county and regional reviews of folk groups. It won a lot of prizes and awards. It performed in Poland and abroad. POWI Ś LOKI visited Soviet Union in 1994, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, the United States, Greece, Serbia, Montenegro, Lithuania, Austria, Slovakia, Italy and Turkey. Recently, groups from different countries for example Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Italy and Romania have accepted an invitation from POWI Ś LOKI and visited our town Opole Lubelskie.

DUBLER is a sports club that functions at our school.
