 Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it has an negative effect on health.  This occurs when a person consumes more calories than they would burn in a normal day or have a serious health condition that are pressured to gain weight.  Most people eat to much and exercise to little. (WebMD, 2013) (Obesity Beaters, 2013) ( Telegraph,2013)

Symptoms include: -Excessive weight gain -Breathlessness -Increased sweating -Snoring & difficulty sleeping -Tiredness & pain in the joints + back. - Inability to cope with sudden physical activity (Food Hospital, 2012) (Obesity Issues,2008)
