u Promise and Choice Neighborhoods –Promise Neighborhoods award in several cities, work continuing in other cities –UI/NNIP & PolicyLink’s PNI: presentations, scoping work on performance monitoring & evaluation –NNIP School Readiness Initiative – continuing interest (“Thursday’s Child” presentation 5/19) –UI & Choice Neighborhoods - performance management paper & bid on evaluation RFP u Sustainable Communities Program –Support for data-driven planning –Local partners involved with applications ADVANCE THE STATE OF PRACTICE

u Comprehensive Community Development –Collaboration with LISC Building Sustainable Communities (MacArthur grant through 2013) –LISC initiatives expanded from 11 to 25 metros (106 neighborhoods) –5 NNIP partners involved with evaluation, new MCIC work on performance monitoring –UI analysis of metro and neighborhood change –Work in support of LISC’s new Institute for Comprehensive Community Development (ICCD) ADVANCE THE STATE OF PRACTICE
