Well Woman HealthCheck Program Provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostics to uninsured and underinsured women Provides case management services for women with abnormal results Observes screening and diagnostic process that supports appropriate and timely services 100% of services provided are evaluated/audited every six months
