 Percentage of the donation to the sales price goes back to the foundation  The homeowner will receive the percentage of the appreciation of the loan to the original sales price

 Up to $20,000 on down payment assistance available to homebuyers with below 80% AMI  First mortgage rate can be bought down with tax credit second loan.  the revised HOME down payment assistance program will be limited to 3.5% of the first loan amount once these funds are used.  Tax credit second mortgage down payment assistance loan has been extended, need signed purchase agreement as of April 30, and close by June 30.
