Improved understanding of the key factors for producing successful evaluations as well as the common challenges experienced by EEs. Enhanced knowledge of best practices and techniques for resolving common challenges in EE. FINAL OUTCOME: Best practices are documented and disseminated, and applied across the EE community, leading to improved evaluation processes and products.

To do: 1. Write down 2 of each: a) Key factors to success b) common challenges affecting: - environmental evaluators - organizations responsible for evaluation - quality of evaluation products 2. Divide into two groups – challenges/successes 3. Categorize success and challenges by theme 4. Report back to the group
