How do I add up all of my cells? Your teacher will now get you to look at using the Autosum function in spreadsheet. You will need to open your previous work and add the following words to the end of it: Average Max Min Total

Quick and easy way Highlight the price column, in the top right corner of your screen, you should see the AutoSum button. Click it!

Quick and easy way You can now see that you have worked out the total. In order to do this for the others, you will need to click into the cell first.

Working out the average: Click into the average cell and use the drop down menu for average. It will give you the wrong cell’s. Highlight the correct cells and press enter.

All of the instructions have been made clear which also means that you should be able to complete this on your own!
