 To join the EU must follow a procedure. -market economy -stable democracy -the rule of law -acceptance of all EU legislation, including on the euro  To Solicit the adhesion, you must respect, freedom, democracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and rule of law. CONDITIONS TO BE A MEMBER:

NEW ADHESIONS: Member states (27) Candidates: Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Iceland, Croatia. Potential Candidates: Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina Possible Candidates: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Switzerland, Norway.
