June 2013 Council: The Council noted that all Stage II initial desk reviews are expected, as planned, to be completed by June 2013, but also that several applicants are undergoing further reviews by the Panel. The Council decided to consider the possibility of a second round of accreditation, including accreditation of bilateral agencies, only once all Stage II reviews are completed.
