Business Model What: We are developing online repository resource for students, faculty, and publishers. –Develop portal to manage modified documents and create groups for exchange of modified material. –Web-services to integrate the repository technology with AdaptiveBook.

Revenues and Costs –Revenues: Service or licensing fees paid by universities, institutions and individuals using repository resource. –Costs: Start-up costs associated with hardware and software development, licensing fees paid to publishers, overhead and administrative costs.

Value Proposition Why: Students, faculty, and publishers need a common resource to communicate questions, feedback, notes, lesson plans, reviews etc.

Strategy How: Our goal is to obtain seed funding to develop online repository service for universities, students, and publishers. –This development of a functional and successful repository at the university level will enable us to further identify and capitalize on other markets which could benefit and provide a constant revenue stream by using such a resource.

Repository Service Markup Repository Service is an online repository for Mark-ups. It allows clients to upload and download mark-ups thru web-services. Provides a portal for the user to view and share the mark-ups with friends and teammates. Services are provided through - Web-services - Portal
