What is SMEF?  School of Management Employers Forum  Responsible for organizing and running Krannert career fairs and prior events  Fall Fair in September  Spring Fair in January  Create connections between Krannert students and companies to help students have the best opportunities coming out of college

What is a host?  Volunteer during career fair week  Representative of SMEF, Krannert and Purdue  Work events leading up to career fair and day of career fair  Responsible for assisting assigned companies during career fair

What are the benefits?  Chance to get to know SMEF  Show interest in becoming a member  Invitation to Krannert Connects  More face-time with recruiters  Opportunity to break the ice and stand out  Recruiters love hosts!

Responsibilities  Assist 2-3 companies during the career fair  Attend the information sessions of your companies/ additional companies  Volunteer for 1 additional event  Krannert Connects check in  Career Fair Set-up  Career Fair Take Down  Career Fair Greeter  Photo Booth

We are looking for students that are…  Outgoing  Ambitious and Motivated  Willing to put in 6+ hours during career fair week  Excellent representatives of Krannert
