What if you had a serious accident? For sub-headings use Arial Bold Text here in Arial Regular 28pt

Brenda slipped and fell badly! For body text use Arial regular in 28pt and introduce bullet points to emphasise each point

Brenda’s life was shattered!

What could we do about these slip & trip hazards?

What other slip & trip hazards do we have in our kitchens? Leads & cables across walkways Broken or uneven flooring; loose carpet Too much, too little light Wet slippery floors

You can help reduce slips & trips! Keep the floor clean and dry Use buckets and trays under leaks Stop spills, if you can't, clean them up Deal with or report cleaning and maintenance problems Keep walkways clear Put rubbish in the bin, not on the floor Don't trail leads across walkways See it, sort it, or report it

What can we do as a company? Work with you to stop accidents –Review risk assessments & method statements –See if we can improve cleaning methods, storage facilities, maintenance systems, etc Keep you informed Review and provide training
