Processes Explain to reviewer the application distribution process. Explain eligibility approval process and denial of benefits process. Corrective Action There is corrective action on applications that have missing information*, the eligibility category is incorrect, or the eligibility is listed on the roster incorrectly or the application is missing. *child’s full name, case #, income amount, source, frequency, SSN, and adult signature
