Agenda for Today’s Meeting Update on the closure and resource development Review of survey results Discussion of county updates on priority area plans Update on family interviews Wrap-up

Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (CFST) Surveys People are interviewed every six months after they are discharged from Mayview. We first reviewed interview data in August 08. We identified three priority areas for counties/Steering Committee: – Social life, community integration, family involvement – Work and education – Physical health/coordination with mental health
