SALESIAN COOPERATORS ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATION DES SALÉSIENS COOPÉRATEURS ASOCIACION DE SALESIANOS COOPERADORES LINES OF ACTION FORMATION We pledge to be responsible for the following: * Upgrade and update formation programs, starting with the Provincial Council as we should be first ones to embrace formation to include core topics outlined in the PAL as well as guidelines provided at world and local levels. * Develop and promote time slots and scheduling of general formation at all the Cooperator Centers that relate to current topics which could provide guidance to answers to what the young and families are facing. * Improve the integration of Church and Association through formational study of ecclesial documents. * Live our Salesian Cooperator identity as a testimony of our life thereby attracting more young people to Christ. * Assist our Centers in the process of helping Salesian Cooperators fulfill their vocational identity through the creation of formation resources. * Animate the development and creation of formation resources that will support local and provincial formation initiatives. * Promote formation opportunities on Salesian topics working closer with other branches of the Salesian Family using a more unified formation approach.

SALESIAN COOPERATORS ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATION DES SALÉSIENS COOPÉRATEURS ASOCIACION DE SALESIANOS COOPERADORES LINES OF ACTION ANIMATION We pledge to be responsible for the following: * Improve the overall performance and effectiveness of the Provincial Council through the creation of working teams and formulating clear and defined objectives. * Review the preparation of strategic plans in light of the PAL * Promote the formulation and delivery of local strategic plans modeled after the Provincial strategic plans. * Animate their local environments in a creative, innovative way, promoting participation to revive and energize the Association. * Promote animation of our Association through engaging meetings, encounters at a local, provincial and national levels. * Strengthen and encourage the use of electronic media so as to create a permanent means of communication with all Salesian Cooperators within the Province. * Develop and prepare Directories at all levels of animation.

SALESIAN COOPERATORS ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATION DES SALÉSIENS COOPÉRATEURS ASOCIACION DE SALESIANOS COOPERADORES LINES OF ACTION MISSION We pledge to be responsible for the following: * Meet and fulfill the needs of the Youth we serve in its own reality by developing plans and programs that fit their needs as we identify them as preferred recipients of our service. * Help young people live and experience meaningful formation experience that will enable them to grow as a human being and as a Christian to achieve a better quality of life. * Participate and get involved in the various apostolic opportunities we have in our local Church and within the Salesian Family. * Give a new impetus to our Oratories,especially those initiated or ran by Salesian Cooperators in our provinces. * Evaluate and study the apostolic status of each Salesian Cooperator in our Province leading towards a review of the performance of our Association. * Promote new Salesian vocations among the young we interact with in youth groups, oratories, and local centers where we perform our apostolic service
