Información biografía He was born in 1746 in Fuendetodos, Aragón, Spain. He moved to Zaragoza when he was 14. Had an optimistic personality in his youthful years, but later on became depressed and sickly.

Artwork was based on emotions, not on learned material from universities. Neoclassicism : the form of an emphasis on austere linear design in the depiction of classical themes and subject matter, using archaeologically correct settings and costumes.
