To be in any career, it is important to have passion for what you are doing or else you would hate coming to work everyday! By having passion, you can open your mind up to new possibilities and be excited to teach which the students can pick up on!

I is For… Current Word: Immersion Your Word: Inclusion Why? Sometimes students have hard times learning things in the classroom and they may need more help. By including them in what you are doing and showing them new ways to find the answers, they can become a better student and you can gain new ideas to help them!

r is For… Current Word: Rapport Your Word: Respect Why? Although we can get close with students and they become our own family, by maintaining that level of respect with the students, they will be willing to work hard for you when they see the level of work you are doing for them.

a is For… Current Word: Ask and analyze Your Word: Advice Why? You as a teacher have many words of wisdom that you can give for your students. By giving them advice and help with certain things, you can help them grow personally.

t is For… Current Word: transformation Your Word: TEACH Why? Teaching is why we are all here! We all see in our students and ourselves room to grow and improve! We ALL can grow and TEACH together

e is For… Current Word: enthusiasm Your Word: Energy Why? Same thing as enthusiasm, but ramped up a bit! By bringing the heat in the classroom, the students will give the same amount of energy back to you if you are excited.
