Siphokazi Lukhele Projects Officer Plan Of Action 2014/2015

NATIONAL PROJECTS OFFICER The Association of Catholic Students National projects office focuses entirely on the daily running’s of the association but focuses mostly on the community as a whole by making sure that we involve the community by means of community outreach, where ACTS donates food parcels to local community, painting and cleaning our environment by the initiative of the “going green campaign” which was launched in 2013/2014 each and every ACTS Branch is encouraged to have vegetable garden not only to help Catholic society but community as a whole.

2014 Leadership conference  The leadership conference was held at Hapororo retreat centre December we had outreach day where all ACTS National branches donated food parcels and toiletries we gave them to local children’s home and also the going green campaign took place where we picked up papers around the area

Help a child campaign  APRIL 2014 I would like to request each and every province or ACTS branches to adopt or visit children’s home do anything that can put a smile on the child’s life at least for that week we can also donate books plant vegetable garden, if they don’t have one already. Anything to make them happy I hope the community outreach officers will take it up to their provinces and on a branch level. I believe children are our future leaders the least we could do is to help them grow in happy environment.

National Conference  ACTS National will be having the outreach day we will be painting the orphanage, going green campaign and also tin stuff, food and toiletry collection

The End  I hope provinces will take up this plan of action and cooperation will be highly appreciated because they say “A HAND THAT GIVES IS A BLESSED ONE”  Yours in Christ: Siphokazi Lukhele NEC projects officer

Thank You!!
