Volcano. Volcanoes - geological formations on the surface of the earth's crust or the crust of another planet, where magma reaches the surface, forming.

ARCHIPELAGO! Brooke and Carly

What is a archipelago An archipelago is a group or a chain of islands. Hawaii is an archipelago.

How are they formed Archipelagos are formed from volcano's. A hot spot in the Earth's crust spews out magma, which cools and turns into rock. As the volcano grows, it eventually comes above the ocean surface to form an island. When tectonic plate movement carries it away from the hot spot, the volcano shuts down and another one begins to form. Archipelagos can also be created by erosion, or when sea levels fall to expose underlying rock formations.

Some archipelago are … Hawaii, Bahamas, Kuril Islands [Russia], and Aleutian Island.

How are Archipelagos connected to wildlife Lots of exotic wildlife live there. For example iguanas, sea turtles, dolphins, and monkeys. Also a lot of plants grow there. For example cactus palm trees. Archipelagos are also big vacation and tourist spots like the Bahamas.
