Tsiolkovsky- The beginning When?- 1900 Where?- Kaluga, USSR Event name-Tsiolkovsky’s rocket equation This was the beginning of the astronautic theory and rocket science.

Goddard- First Rocket When?- 1914 Where?- U.S.A Event name- The first liquid fueled rocket. Goddard created the first successful rocket.
