QIA Suggestions to the NWB The NWB accept a final round to comments in advance of Final Hearings Hearings are scheduled according to the NWB’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (2005) Hearings are held in Pond Inlet No need for a site visit

QIA Suggestions to the NWB Prior to Final Hearing the NWB conduct proactive community outreach – To explain NWB licence review and administrative process – To establish the scope and purpose of Hearings – To communicate to Inuit regarding possibilities to participate in NWB processes – Mindful of which communities may experience impacts to fresh water
