Autistic disorder This disorder usually develops during the first three years of life. Someone with autism would appear to in there own little world. They would have lack of social awareness and showing no interest in others. An autistic child would normally focus on repeating odd behaviors.

The cause No one really knows the cause of autism. We do know that parenting behaviors are not the cause of autism. Research shows that autism may be a genetic condition. Someone with autism may resist to things such as cuddling. They may also play alone and have a delayed speech development.

Who gets infected/ Symptoms Boys get infected four times more than girls does not like noise has rituals requires routines does not communicate well with others

How is autism diagnosed? All children must get a screening for any developmental delays and other behavior disorders before they are 24 months. They check you so young because if you were diagnosed with autism you would be treated immediately.

Treatments There are special educational programs to help those with autism. This programs are to help develop better social skills, speech, self-care, and job skills.
