What is nMRCGP? New Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners Required for your CCT (Certificate of completion of training) Undertaken in 3 parts: AKT, CSA, and WPBA Costly!

AKT What? Applied Knowledge Test 3 hour MCQ/EMQ When? 28/10/09 apply by 14/9/09 27/1/10 apply by 21/12/10 28/4/10 apply by 26/3/10 Where? Pearson Vue Driving Test centres

AKT Apply through RCGP website Preparation: Books - many MCQ books available Websites - Passmedicine, AKT revision Study Groups From RCGP curriculum Guidelines (? Not too recent) Include areas such as statistics and GP management

CSA What? 13 Station OSCE type exam When? 25/1/10 – 13/2/10 apply by 18/12/09 23/11/09-2/12/09 apply by 26/10/09 6/5/10-19/5/10 apply by 12/3/10 Where? Close to Croyden east station
