Making a Commitment to Partnerships Make the creation of partnerships a part of your Strategic Plan, identify time frames and goals Ask officials and community leaders to identify what they consider to be pressing community issues and needs. Think outside the box. Even if the library does not have the resources you may be able to coordinate a successful effort involving multiple groups. The library can offer a vision, meeting space, research capability, organization skills, public computers, staff creativity…
