GL Chart of Accounts Print a list of the Chart of Accounts for your company. You can print all accounts or a range of accounts. To print for a single account, enter the same account number in both boxes. 2. Select the Use Account Filter check box, and enter the account filter to print a customized Chart of Accounts. Only accounts that match the specified filter criteria appear on the report. Use wildcards (*?) to establish the filter parameters. You can substitute a (?) for any one character in the account number, or an (*) for any number of characters. For example, to include all four-digit accounts beginning with a 1, enter 1??? in the Enter Account Filter box. To include all accounts that end in 02, enter *02.

For further information on consolidating ledgers, see "Consolidating Ledgers" on page 531. Leave this check box unchecked to print a Chart of Accounts for a single company. 4. Select OK. See "Printing General Ledger Reports" on page 512 for further information on printing the report.
