Online Distinguished Researchers: It is an honor to be here to hold the International E-Conference on Green Economics that aims at learning the green economics placing the immense natural capital that makes you unique at the center of a new economic growth model. I welcome this remarkable initiative, open heartedly and commend you for what must be an unprecedented gathering of researchers to discuss the role of nature and biodiversity in the economy. two important lessons should be taken from this international E- Conference, which include:

First: Developed countries are more responsible than underdeveloped countries for the recent damage to the world, by Looking at the greenhouse gas emissions and the CO2 emissions over the past twenty years. Seven of the 200+ countries in the world namely China, United States, Russia, Japan, Germany, South Korea and Canada account for nearly 60.4% of the total greenhouse emissions of million tones across the world. According to these facts, it is clear that developed countries should pay more attention towards environmental damage than developing countries. Countries should be fairly taxed on their carbon footprint as punishment for bad practice but should also be rewarded for their efforts to become more kind to the environment.

Second: Due to this conference has been held in Iran, Certainly more articles are related to Iran’s green economy and environmental issues, and surveys, news, personal views, and especially this Conference papers reflect the poor performance of the Environment Protection organization of Iran. Environment Protection organization is not functioning properly on issues such as pollution, climate control, wetlands, lakes, plant and animal species. Even in the scientific and public culturing activities such as academic conferences support, like the present conference, it is not active. However, Iran is not an industrialized country but its environmental conditions are reached to the red line. Hence, the aim of the Green Economy Conference, which is holding without any Governmental agencies support for the first time, is to warn the environmental conditions of Iran, though it is belated, And it states that one of the main branches of the resistive economics, is the green economics Which represents resistive economics is in favor of environment and natural resources and it is against damaging it.

About us: Toroudshomal Research Company aims to establish journals and annual conferences, according to its mission to protect and promote the intellectual heritage of humanities in order to cover the critical humanity themes.
