UNCTAD 4 GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES Within the framework of Article IV All sectors of services are included Request and offer approach

UNCTAD 5 MAIN CHALLENGES FOR DCs Identify interests and objectives Preserve the «positive list» approach Implement the SDT
