What God Requires of Us 3. That we trust him above all things (rely on his Word and promises for all blessings). I Samuel 17:45-50

What our study of this commandment leads us to do 1. To confess that we have not kept it perfectly. 2. To rely on Jesus who has kept it perfectly in our place. Psalm 143:2 Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you. Romans 5:19

What our study of this commandment leads us to do 3. As God’s justified people; to love and obey this commandment in the future Psalm 119:9-16
