Some Definitions  Missionary Preparation – an approach or program to prepare Christians for missionary service.  Missionary (Member) Care – an approach or program to develop and care for missionaries as they serve.  Integral model – a holistic model consisting of necessary constituent parts… the parts make up the whole.

Discussion Questions  What do you see as the main goal of missionary preparation and care?  List the areas we should address in missionary preparation and care. In other words, list the various components of an effective approach to missionary preparation and care.  From your list, what one thing do see as essential to missionary care and preparation?  How does missionary preparation and care relate to discipleship?
