 Non-Circumvention  This agreement blocks contractual parties from going directly to each other's supplier or customer for monetary benefit with the intent to "bypass" or circumvent the other party

 Arbitration  Process for resolution of disputes between contractual parties by referring them to a third party, either agreed on by them or provided by law, who makes a judgment
