Do you know a child that is in the top 3-5% at risk of being removed from the… HOME SCHOOL COMMUNITY

Who is eligible? Any youth who is between the ages of 3-18 who is in therapy and involved with multiple agencies For example: (juvenile justice, child welfare, schools, mental health etc.) Have your therapist to submit a referral
