PRACTICAL SKILLS ON: SAMPLING OF WASTEWATER FOR LABORATORY

THE GOAL: These skills relate to the types of work oersteds are needed in the daily activities of a doctor in the field of communal hygiene in the control of household drinking water supply when selecting a source of water supply and sanitary condition kotrol for water sources

Sampling water is needed: bathometer Glass jars with cork spiritlamp

Algorithm of actions A) sampling of water from the tap 1-scald valve a flame of a spirit lamp (with water sampling tank analysis) 2-flush within 10min 3-rinse bottle with water study 4 water samples -2l (for research-tank in a sterile container) 5 Close and seal the sample 6-issue the accompanying document (where and when samples were taken, its scope, for which research is sent to the laboratory, who sampled) 7 to send the sample to a laboratory for the study of (or conduct conservation, if you can not select the sample immediately).Proby water tank analysis are sent to the laboratory tank nepozdno 2:00 after selection

B) water sampling from water sources 1 opolasnut bottle with water from the water source of the 2-bottle type in the necessary amount of water (2L).When water sampling from the depth to use sampler 3 to close and seal the sample 4-issue the accompanying document (where and when sampled, weather conditions during sampling, the amount for which it sent to the laboratory studies who sampled) 5 to send samples to the laboratory

) SAMPLING OF WASTEWATER 1- identify conditions wastewater 2 to obtain an average sample volume 2-3l selected portions of ml water every hour 3 prirezki swing effluent composition selected for the study of grab samples at different times of day 2lv 4-issue the accompanying document (where and when samples were taken, the estimated composition of waste, the nature of proby- average, mult, is the volume of selected samples for which studies are sent to the laboratory, who sampled) 5 to send samples to the laboratory
