This evaluation table is meant to capture the overall “state of the union”. It is to summarize the details discussed on the previous pages. Goals well defined? Structure allows means to carry out goals? People carry out goals well? Activities reflect goals? Activities carried out effectively? Results satisfactory? Health of the group to carry out future missions? Evaluation (1 to 10) Legend: a) 1 being bad; 10 being good b) add all the points and divide by 6 to get an average; above 5 is a good indication c) if the score is below 5, have another drink (on me) and then repeat the exercise
