1)We consolidate, protect and promote the professional, economic, social and ethical interests of our members During 2014… Export Finance. Comparative study on a selection of best practices of Export Support Mechanisms Proposal to the Greek Government: -pre-financing exporting companies -financing supply chain Trade Facilitation. Business Process Analysis (BPA) of: -canned peaches (to USA, by boat) -aluminium profiles (to Australia, by boat) Diversification and re-targeting of export markets. Collaboration with Enterprise Greece Identification of key markets with best opportunities for Greek products Regional growth issues. Port of Thessaloniki 2 SEVE’s main export promotion activities

2) We organize and co-ordinate events, within and outside Greek borders We co-ordinate and facilitate enterprises’ participation in: trade delegations business missions trade exhibitions sector-oriented meetings export congresses B2B business meetings, “partenariat type” 3 SEVE’s main export promotion activities

We provide overseas market intelligence though: providing information about latest trends and developments in foreign markets identifying overseas opportunities and risks finding and suggesting international potential partners and customers (importers, wholesalers, suppliers etc) providing information on customer solvency conducting in-depth statistical analysis in countries and sectors of interest providing reliable and targeted information on overseas product demand and collaborations from abroad 4 SEVE’s main export promotion activities 3) We inform and raise awareness about the most optimal way to penetrate foreign markets

In order for Greek exporting companies to succeed in international markets, we provide several export training courses on topics such as: export marketing market research export processes Incoterms participation in trade exhibitions and missions intercultural communication SEVE is accredited by the International Association of Trade Training Organizations (IATTO) 5 SEVE’s main export promotion activities 4) We educate Greek business executives, providing export training seminars

TRANSNATIONAL INITIATIVE FOR GUIDANCE OF GRADUATED AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP - TRIGGER The project’s scope is to unleash the dynamic economic activities and employment opportunities and to promote networking establish synergies between the Academic institutions and the business community of the cross-border region of Greece and Bulgaria and to create more opportunities for young people and women to enter the labor market. TRADE WITHOUT BORDERS FOR THE COMPANIES OF GREECE – The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia INTERREGIONAL AREA - TRAWBOR The project’s overall objective was to develop new approaches on innovating policies by exchanging good practices, in order to improve the extroversion and the current position of Greece and FYROM in the transnational market. 6 SEVE’s main export promotion activities 5) We implement European projects in collaboration with foreign institutions, for the enhancement of Greek SMEs and Greek extroversion
