Who invented the first car?  Nicolas Cugnot invented the first car.

1876  The first four stroke engine was invented by a man named Gottlieb Daimler. This allowed the combustion, intake, compression and exhaust

1890  Reene Panhard and Emily Lavassor made the first motor car company was made. They sold cars to people. So that people could by with out getting it customized by themsleves.

1890  The first May Bach racing car was invented. With a four cylinder.

1903  The first ford company was formed and became one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world. Ford still goes on today with creation of cars.

1908  General motors was formed by a William Durant. Today General moors is going down the drain because I was formed

1911  The first key door was invented so people could have locked doors so that there would be no car thefts.

1935  The first car turning symbols were created so people could be more informed when turning.

1950  1950 cruise control was invented by a man named Ralph Teeter. He was disabled and he wanted it to be fair for the crippled and the disabled.

1973  There was a big energy crisis because of the Arab Oil embargo

1997  Carmakers offers automatic stability control. Were you can control the car better while driving. It also minimizes accidents on the roads.

How's it changed over time?  Cars evolve over time because of the growth of technology. When technology grows the evolutions of cars change by adding new features. Such as upgrading or adding new features that make the computer better. Cars have gone form no doors to cars that can drive themselves. Technology is the biggest reason that cars have been evolving.
