Business Processes Book acquisition Customers bring in their used books for in-store credit Bulk purchases from estates, libraries, etc. Book sales In-store sales, both cash and customer credit Online sales o Amazon.com o Half.com Inventory management Inventory entered into online stores one by one using a form provided by Half.com or Amazon.com Sales process Items sold on Amazon or Half are downloaded several times a day and then our staff packs and ships the books directly to the customers
