The Written Constitution of Nee

Situation: We have been deserted on an island off the West Coast of Tahiti and we know that we are going to be here for quite a while. We all have agreed as a whole that we have to live here, that we should adapt a set of rights and freedoms to live by. We as a society have decided to live by a communist government. We have decided that we need to write a constitution for our island, to ensure these rights and freedoms. This government has had the chance to put into the constitution what the members have thought that would be necessary to establish a well govern country. The following articles state the basic outline of our communist government on this island of Nee. These articles will be how we must live starting this date of February 22, 2002 :

Article One: Every communist constitution states that a communist government rules all citizens of this country. Article Two: Every member of this society is to be considered of equal class and no one is of higher concern or need of special attention Article Three: Everyone has the right to live. Article Four: The females living on this island are to be considered equal to the males and they are to have as much right and responsibilities as the men do. Article Five No slavery is to be considered on this island. Article Six Any member of this society that turn on any other member shall receive capital punishment. This punishment shall be exportation of the living society, and forced to live in a fifteen foot deep hole on the opposite end of the island near the shore. Away from all civilization.

Article Seven: All humans have the right to a fair trial, and are to be considered innocent until proven guilty. Article Eight: Everyone's ideas that might be able to help our civilization shall be considered and accounted for. Article Nine: Every member is allowed to do what they want, when they want as long as it doesn’t affect others in a negative way or makes anyone else feel agitated or uncomfortable. Article Ten: (1) Everyone is allowed to believe in and practice his or her own religious beliefs. (2)Every religion practiced shall not interfere with others beliefs. Article Eleven: (1)The official languages of this island are English and Russian. These languages are to be used and respected. (2)Any member who chooses not to speak the official languages are free to do so however others and not obligated to communicate in a language outside of their own.

Article Twelve Every member is obligated to equal labor time. Assistance to form the habitat is required by everyone. Everyone must contribute on a regular basis. Article Thirteen: Everyone is responsible for his or her own personal belongings and chores assigned to then on this island. If someone is not able to keep up with the responsibilities, it is to be taken up with the government of the island. Article Fourteen: If any member is caught being lazy or irresponsible, all other members must agree to a punishment that will be given. The punishment should not be too server. Article Fifteen All members of this society must agree upon all punishments. Article Sixteen All members are entitles to their own possessions and privacy. This should be respected and not violated. Article Seventeen: Member who try to take control or be a leader above others,

shall be exiled from the island. Article Eighteen: There is no opposition the the Official Communist Party. Article Nineteen: Anyone considered a individualist (against equality) shall be sentenced to imprisonment. Article Twenty: Everyone shall pay taxes and contribute towards a central government. Article Twenty – One: Everyone must pay taxes, refusal to pay taxes results in punishment, decided upon by tax paying citizens. These rules are to be followed exactly as written. Failure to follow this communist constitution will result in punishment and length jail time. In this society everyone is equal. These rules are to be followed exactly as written.
