RESPONSIBILITIES OF GEF OPERATIONAL FOCAL POINTS List of national priorities consistent with national policies Preparation of PIF Endorsement required when Funding is first requested from the GEF and for Work Program inclusion. Monitor project development keeping in view the 22 months project cycle deadline Monitoring the SGP
