Mission Work with helloworld Franchisees / Members and staff to help them achieve productivity, performance, passion and profit, and embrace the helloworld vision.

Objectives Complete transition of agencies from legacy networks to a helloworld model Network Participation  Get all members in the brand to at least 85% with stretch target of 90% network participation  Get all associate members to at least 65% with a stretch target of 70% network participation Drive in-house wholesale to an average of at least 30% Premium partner and tier 1 airlines support to at least 80% Member compliance with helloworld guidelines - retail identity, consumer protection and customer charter Productivity improvements

Engagement: 3 Key Groups Executive Leadership  Regular reporting: establish measurements and reporting time-lines on goals and objectives  Seek feedback and guidance against helloworld's value proposition, policy direction and financial targets  Provide market intelligence Franchisees  Support agencies by giving the field managers the best tools, training and counsel  Visit and engage franchisees  Develop high value programs that see good return on investment for all stakeholders Team Members and Support Staff  Implement Business Manager Deliverables  Business Managers to develop action plans inline with state action plan  Streamline, improve and develop new systems to achieve productivity improvements between departments and franchisees

NSW State Business Plan Describes objective, what action is required, by who and when, and what the results are All Business Managers need to complete an annual Action Plan in line with the state's. This plan can be used to provide direction and set goals, and also track where improvements can be made, or further revision needs to occur. Provides vehicle for performance reviews
