EQUITABLE SUCCESS Colorado Legacy Schools

Colorado Legacy Schools: Simply Working College-bound students are not graduating college-ready –40% remediation rate statewide –Far higher for students of color/poverty/STEM Students who challenge themselves in rigorous courses learn more –Students who master AP courses are 3X more likely to graduate college –AP students who don’t pass the test are 24% more likely Unfortunately, most students who show the potential, fail to enroll –70% of Latino students –80% of African American students
