TxSmartBuy Quote How to:

Why do I need to enter a Quote?  An agency or a CO-OP may need to enter a quote into TxSmartbuy because the vendor has a large catalog of which not all items are listed in TxSmartbuy. When this happens, entering a quote with an attachment of the quoted items from the Vendor into TxSmartbuy allows the purchaser to finish processing their order with the Vendor. The vast majority of quote orders are for TXMAS contracts.
