Unit Goals Cadet Goals Build a “good to great" AFJROTC program. Establish jobs for all ASII, ASIII and ASIV cadets - where everyone has a leadership position and takes responsibility for their part. Have 15% of ASII, ASIII, and ASIV cadets achieve "state standard" of 21 on the ACT test or higher (last year achieved 10%). School Goals Maintain a 50% ASI retention rate for the ASII course - at least half of the first year cadet’s return. Drill team perform an exhibition drill routine at school basketball games for half time, this will aid in recruiting to a wider audience. Community Goals Establish a better community service program within AFJROTC supporting the West, TN, area. Perform at 3 parades in the West Tenn. area taking at least 75 cadets to each event.
