ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

: REQUIRED TASKS All Consortium schools require students to complete academic tasks to demonstrate college and career readiness and to qualify for graduation. Tasks must be completed in four areas: ENGLISH: ANALYTIC LITERARY ESSAY SOCIAL STUDIES RESEARCH PAPER ORIGINAL SCIENCE EXPERIMENT APPLICATION OF HIGHER LEVEL MATHEMATICS Schools add additional tasks: e.g. Creative Arts, Art Criticism, Internships, Foreign Language

Teacher-designed Rubrics Rubrics provide the basis on which to review the quality of student work across performance tasks. Tasks reflect common core standards.
