10 FY12 Plainville Tax Analysis Other Revenue Sources distributed based on: 1) Direct Basis – Chapter 70 to Schools, Water Receipts to Water Dept., etc. 2) Indirect Basis – Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes, Lottery Aid, etc. These revenue sources are allocated based on % of Total Department Expenses Health Insurance costs were allocated back to Departments based on the actual $$$$ incurred. Taken as a single entity, health insurance represents $474 or 10.3% of the $4,610 average Plainville tax bill.
