LEADER FOR CHURCH GROWTH 1. HE IS A VISIONARY

There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask “why?” I dream of things that never were, and ask “why not?”

2. HE IS HUMBLE LEADER FOR CHURCH GROWTH

1. My failures and my sin

I will use them (the nations) to put Israel to the test. I will see whether Israel will live the way I want them to. I will see whether they will follow my path, just as their people did long ago. The LORD had let those nations remain in the land. He didn't drive them out right away. He didn't hand them over to Joshua. Judges

The LORD left some nations in the land. He left them there in order to put the people of Israel to the test. He did it for all those who hadn't lived through any of the wars in Canaan. He wanted to teach the men in Israel who had never been in battle before. He wanted them to learn how to fight. Judges 3.1-2

3. HE IS A TEAM PLAYER LEADER FOR CHURCH GROWTH

I Timothy If anyone sets his heart on being an overseer (episkopos), he desires a noble task. Now the overseer (episkopos) must be above reproach…

Hebrews Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Nehemiah Eliashib the high priest and his fellow priests went to work and rebuilt the Sheep Gate. They dedicated it and set its doors in place. The men of Jericho built the adjoining section, and Zaccur son of Imri built next to them.

Nehemiah The Fish Gate was rebuilt by the sons of Hassenaah. They laid its beams and put its doors and bolts and bars in place. Meremoth son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz, repaired the next section. Next to him Meshullam son of Berekiah, (..) made repairs, and next to him Zadok son of Baana also made repairs.

5. HE HAS THE GIFT OF FAITH LEADER FOR CHURCH GROWTH
