There is no doubt that summer is the most beautiful season in Piešťany. It is a season of festivals, ceremonies and very important sport, culture and social events. The slide of various events activates the ceremony of opening the summer spa season on June 4th. On the eve of this ceremony there is an opening of the art exibition MOSTY, where many artists from Europe present their works such as paintings, sculptures, graphics,...

The biggest spa complex with more than 60 types of healing proceduers such as mirror pool with 42 °C mineral water or mud wraps. - rich thermal and mineral springs and sulphuric mud became the base for treatment of rheumatism, illnesses of the locomotion organs, nerve ailments and post trauma. - Piešťany has 10 springs 2000 m. under the ground with natural mineral water with temperature of 67-69°C enriched with Ca, Mg, S with natural mineral water with temperature of 67-69°C enriched with Ca, Mg, S
