Summary Three year project funded by the IDB Six Caribbean Countries collaborating to produce a surveillance system for Chronic Non- Communicable Disease. Guided by the CMOH, working with UWI and support from CAREC Project Start up: January 2009 Provide support to monitor progress to “Declaration of Port of Spain”.
